Summer 2014 Internship with Reef Relief in Key West, FL

Now accepting applications for summer 2014 interships

*Start and end dates are flexible.*

Events, marketing, education and marine projects: Interns selected will help to organize and staff events, promote Reef Relief and its programs, present classroom lessons on marine science and work on marine field projects as needed. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in marine education and conservation as well as marketing, and event planning. Reef Relief is a non-profit organization so all internships are unpaid and housing is not provided. Applicants must have a degree in marine science, or education or be actively seeking one. SCUBA certification required or ability to obtain certification once in Key West.

You will become familiar with the following program areas:
   - Environmental education
   - Operation of Reef Relief's environment center
   - Field work in marine conservation
   - Planning, organizing special events and marketing, fundraising
