KLCB, Inc. has once again been selected to be the beneficiary of the beverage cart at the 8th Annual Coconut Point Art Fest on Saturday, February 8th and Sunday, February 9th. We are currently seeking 8 – 10 volunteers, willing to work all day either/both days from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM or for 2 hour shifts either/both days. A KLCB representative will be on hand at all times to sign community service paperwork.
Coconut Point Mall will host the Coconut Point Art Festival. This show is being produced by Howard Alan Events, the same producer of the event that takes place in Coconut Point in December. Fine art, music and more will occupy the streets for two fun-filled days. Grab your sunscreen and walking shoes to stroll amidst life-size sculptures, spectacular paintings, one-of-a-kind jewels, photography, ceramics, and much more. KLCB will be offering Coca Cola products in the official Coke Wagon. Donations received support the many programs implemented and supported by Keep Lee County Beautiful, Inc. The event hosts 50,000+ participants and is a great way to combine arts/culture with environmental community service.
If you are able to volunteer please call or e-mail Trish at 239-334-3488 or Trish@klcb.org.
